Shipping Time

Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packing. Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 5 business days from the day of purchase.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Standard Shipping (8-25 business days)

Premium Shipping (3-15 business days)

*The standard day of the standard refers to the working day, does not include the date of receipt, and does not include weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is subject to the destination zip code. In the case of remote areas or suburbs, flight delays, customs clearance, etc., the transit time will be expected longer.

* Premium Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Enlavo cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Enlavo will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

* International shipping is experiencing delivery delays (10-20 business days) in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Please note, Enlavo is not responsible for any delays caused by carrier.

A place with some breeze is helpful, but not 100% necessary.

If there is a breeze, you should walk / run into the wind, so the breeze helps fill the pouches with air. If not,

① Find a place that allows you to walk/run in a straight line for about 30 feet. This helps when you are getting started, but not necessary once you've achieved mastery.
② Holding the two black panels wide open and walk/run with them wide open and angled straight on (like a whale shark that is feeding on plankton for lack of a better analogy). Walking/running in a straight line will help you guide the air into the pocket.
③ If you still need more air in the pockets, you can repeat the steps as necessary. But it really shouldn't take more than 2-3 goes once you've got the hang of it.
④ Once the air pockets are about 70% inflated, hold the black panels at either end, rolling over at least 4-5 times to achieve a robust seal. You will notice that as you roll the panels down, the bag will become tauter and more inflated.
⑤ The Air Lounger should maintain its inflation for 5-6 hours and only takes 30 seconds to re-inflate, so you should be good to go!
