Free Shipping

All orders (including sale and closeout items) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

For better shipping timeliness, customers are able to update the Free Standard Shipping into Premium Shipping by paying for postage difference.

 

Shipping Time

Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packing. Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 5 business days from the day of purchase.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Standard Shipping (8-25 business days)

Premium Shipping (3-15 business days)

*The standard day of the standard refers to the working day, does not include the date of receipt, and does not include weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is subject to the destination zip code. In the case of remote areas or suburbs, flight delays, customs clearance, etc., the transit time will be expected longer.

* Premium Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Enlavo cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Enlavo will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

* International shipping is experiencing delivery delays (10-20 business days) in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Please note, Enlavo is not responsible for any delays caused by carrier.

 

Delivery

Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered.

We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Enlavo also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
